The 5th bedroom is approximately half the size of the villa bedrooms, air-conditioned with ceiling fan and private bathroom. Ceiling fan, laundry room with washer/dryer, ½ bath, swimming pool and wading pool and hot tub. Built-in Lynz stainless steel barbeque grill.

The guest house is comprised of a 1st floor bedroom, air-conditioned, ceiling fan, bathroom with double-sink vanity and indoor/outdoor shower and native stone bathtub. The 2nd floor is an efficiency apartment with kitchen, dining and living area, cathedral ceiling, skylights, ceiling fans, air-conditioned, washer/dryer, bathroom with bidet, double sink vanity and indoor/outdoor shower. A private Jacuzzi swimming pool and hot tub and separate parking area.
